Meet The Team

Andy has worked in Financial Services since 2003. 

Firstly, as an adviser for a high-street bank before joining TPD Wealth Management in 2014.

Since joining TPD Wealth, Andy has amassed a wealth of experience and knowledge in Mortgages and Financial Protection.

He is currently in the process of becoming a Diploma qualified Financial Planner.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 3 children and plays for a local Sunday football team in the South Lancashire Football league. 

Jo has worked in the Financial Services sector since 2002.

During this time, she has been employed in a number of roles, previously working for a local solicitor in their Mortgage team. This involved dealing with clients source of funds and the legal aspects of clients Mortgages.

As a IFA / Mortgage Administrator, Jo ensures that all submitted applications are accurate and completed in accordance with our Regulatory requirements.

Outside of work, Jo has two children. Her son has grown up and “flown the nest” and her daughter is currently in high school.

She enjoys walking her miniature dachshund and eating out with family & friends.

Jon has worked in financial services since 1997, firstly as an adviser for many years working with major insurance companies and later with high street banks.

During his time in the industry he has amassed a wealth of experience in all facets of business management and as such continues to drive the company forward whilst keeping our clients dreams and aspirations at the fore of our ethos.

Outside of work Jon is married with 4 children which takes up most of his free time but he enjoys keeping fit and regular charity work.

Since 2015, Naomi has worked in customer service roles within the Financial sector and has built up an extensive knowledge about Protection, Funeral Plans, Wills and Trusts.

Her main responsibility at TPD Wealth Management is to be 'the' point of contact for clients. Naomi proactively works with both the clients and our advisers, reacting in a timely manner to queries and effectively supporting existing clients.

Away from work, Naomi lives with her partner and enjoys eating out as well as taking long leisurely walks with him. Socialising with her friends and family is also high on the agenda, especially if food is involved.

Rachel has worked in the Financial Services sector since 2014, working alongside brokers, solicitors, surveyors, and customers.

Her main responsibility at TPD Wealth Management is to be 'the' point of contact for clients. Rachel proactively works with both the clients and our providers, reacting in a timely manner to queries and effectively keeping plans up to date.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog . Holidays and time at the gym are firm favourites, along with a little retail therapy every now and again.

Richard has predominately worked in the Financial sector since 2003, after graduating with a degree in Economics and Finance.

He has been a Financial Planner since 2015 and is now focusing on becoming Chartered. Richard has a genuine passion for investment and Financial Planning and this comes across in his approach to clients, with an emphasis on long term holistic planning and appropriate diversification.

His classic grounding in Finance makes him wary of the latest trends, instead focusing on tried and tested approaches to generating wealth. He believes that fully understanding a client and their individual needs is the key to excellent financial planning.

Richard is married with a daughter and enjoys walking in the Peaks, fitness and cooking.

Rob is a Chartered Financial Planner and has worked in financial services since 1994. He specialises in providing holistic financial planning advice to a wide range of business owners and professionals.

When meeting clients he passionately believes in spending time understanding what is important to them and their family. He then develops a financial plan to ensure they achieve their goals and objectives. With most clients, this is part of a long term process so it is key to him to build lasting relationships.

Rob is a qualified will writer, an important area of financial planning he believes is greatly overlooked. He is also a member of Resolution, a community of family justice professional who work with families and individuals to resolve issues in a constructive way.

Outside of work he is married with 2 daughters, and enjoys football - watching not playing now - cycling and cooking.

Tim has been a Financial Planner since 1999, and enjoys meeting and helping individuals from all walks of life with their personal financial planning needs and objectives.

Tim is married with 3 sons. When he isn’t in the office, he enjoys walking/hiking and often escapes to the Peak District or Scotland to enjoy the fresh air and countryside. He has also completed multi day treks in the Alps around Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn.

This allows him to escape from the busy office and get away from it all. In addition to this he enjoys cycling and running and has completed a number of 10k runs and half marathons.
